   Care

   Bathing, cord and skin care, feeding support, and comfort measures are carried out on that routine.

   Report

   Parents are updated after each visit, with anything unusual flagged for the paediatrician.

Safety, Hygiene & Equipment

• Strict hand hygiene and clean, baby-safe equipment on every visit
• Staff are background-checked and trained in infant handling
• Any sign of fever, poor feeding, or jaundice is escalated to your paediatrician — we do not diagnose or medicate
